This week we had a half day and a day off from school so Katie came up with Holly and Travis and stayed a couple days at my Mom's so we could hang out. Tuesday afternoon we met and took all the kids to the zoo. It was so hot!! Seriously is this even November! I am sick of the heat!! We got to see all the animals, rode the train, ate lunch and my favorite part.. got to feed the stingrays! The stingray keeper came up to us with a bunch of little fish and shrimp and taught us how to hold them and feed the stingrays. It was really cool! After the zoo we had naps and then while Ryan watched Holly, Travis and Kelan we met my Mom and Mort for dinner and we saw "This Is It". It was so good! We were dancing in our seats. We had such a fun day and night.. i wish we lived closer to Katie so we could do this every week!!
