I have always said that 4 is when babies aren't babies anymore, they are kids. This isn't the first time I have eaten my words!! Kelan turned 4 a few weeks ago and he is STILL my baby. We had a reptile party for him. Now that my kids are bigger I let them choose their themes. We had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with gummy worms and chips and worm salad. we had the reptile man come and bring some of his scariest reptiles. We invited our neighbors and Kelan's preschool class. Even Uncle Steve and Carynn and our favorite CA cousins came to celebrate with us. Nanny and Grampy were luckily staying with us to help set up for the party and take pictures!! It was such a fun day for a very special 4 year old!

This is the top of Kelan's head. Yikes.

This is Sophie. She lives next door to us and she is also the proud new owner of Serge!

This is Milae. She is Kelans best friend at preschool. She is so sweet and her and Kelan play so well together!

This is Curan, Milae's big brother.

This was my favorite reptile we got to hold. It was super sticky and really pretty. Even I held it!!

How cool is this over 6 foot lizard??!! It had the longest tongue! The reptile guy said he doesn't usually bring him but he did on a whim.. we were sure glad he did! So much fun to have it cruising around our back yard!

Last, but certainly not least the reptile man brought out this 140 pound snake. It was incredible. We all took turns holding it and believe me, it was heavy! Me and my friends were the last to hold it with me near its tail.. it pooped all over our patio after we put it down.. I mean like it pooped and everyone was gagging. It was A LOT! Note to self, next time I hold a snake stay in the middle of it's body.

Kelan picked out his own cake and of course it was a big dinosaur! He was so cute when we sang to him and hid his face. He isn't much for all the attention!
