Fun with friends

Janie and Kelan are pretty inseparable these days. Janie has really become a little mother hen to Kelan. It drives him nuts, her constantly stopping him from doing things that scare her but I am glad they finally are playing together! Kelan kept kicking himself way out into the deep end and Janie would swim all the way out to get him and put his boat back. All the while he is screaming and not wanting her to pull him.

This is Janie doing a cannon ball.. not a very god picture but she is such a good little swimmer! All those swim lessons finally paid off!

Jack is 5 months younger than Kelan but he already weighs 28 pounds! He is adorable!


Today we went swimming with our good friend Jill and her kids at her uncles house. Their pool is amazing with huge rocks to dive off of, a winding slide and even a lazy river. The kids had a great time jumping off all the rocks and Kelan loved cruising around in his boat. We ate lunch and had fun talking (well, us Moms anyway!) It was SO hot so we cut the fun short but we still got a great tan!
